Chicken Fat comes as light yellow colored oil with a characteristic chicken aroma. It is entirely natural, 100% chicken and contains no additives. Our production obtains a totally purified fat with a humidity level between 0 - 0.3%, acidity of 0 - 1% and a peroxides index between 0 - 4 Meq 02/kg of fat.
We have been certified under BRC FOOD, IFS FOOD, HALAL, Ecological Agriculture, SAE and WELFAIR quality systems.
